摘　　要：金融危机前后,模仿性创新企业从兴盛到困境的逆转,引起了社会各界的深刻反思。自主性创新不仅成为大量企业摆脱困境的战术手段,而且很可能是政府解决长期经济低迷的真正方向。因此,当前时代背景下,理解企业如何在两种创新模式之间做出抉择具有非常重要的现实意义。文章从企业决策行为的视角出发,构建企业创新战略决策模型,并通过考察高新技术企业对模型进行检验,深入剖析企业创新模式的决策机制。Before and after the financial crisis,reversals of imitative innovators from prosperity to the plight caused profound social reflection.Independent innovation has become not only a tactical means to get rid of the dilemma for a large number of enterprises,but also it is likely to be the real direction of the government to alleviate the long - term economic downturn.Therefore,in the current background,to understand how the enterprise make choice between two kinds of innovation mode has very important practical significance.From the perspective of enterprise decision - making,this article build a innovative model of strategic decision - making and by examining high - tech enterprise to test the model,it deeply analyze the decision mechanism of enterprise innovation mode.
