摘　　要：旅游恩格尔系数自提出以来,受到了旅游界学者的广泛关注。鼓励赞赏者有之,质疑者亦有。文章意在通过对恩格尔系数概念的解读与梳理及对旅游替代指数的述评,挖掘旅游恩格尔系数在实践中的可行性以及在实践中可能会出现的问题。研究发现:虽然针对"旅游恩格尔系数"这一全新的概念,我国旅游业界目前还是处于探索与怀疑阶段。但是对于"旅游恩格尔系数"的创新思想和预期意义还是给予了充分的肯定和鼓励。文章认为旅游恩格尔系数有着广阔的应用前景:(1)可以对人类发展指数、旅游竞争力指数、绿色GDP以及居民幸福指数等旅游替代性指标进行弥补和完善。(2)与一些经济学统计指标相衔接,更好的判别人民物质需求和精神需求两方面需求的变化,从而更好满足人们的需要。(3)将其引入到旅游调查问卷统计指标中,判别人们的消费观念、消费结构的变化,为制定旅游相关政策提供依据。当然,旅游恩格尔系数实践运用中还会出现很多问题,只有通过不断的发现和解决问题,旅游恩格尔系数才能发挥越来越重要的作用。Since the concept of Tourism Engel Coefficient has been proposed,it has been widespread concern of scholars.Some appreciate it,the other who has questioned it This article is intended by the concept of the Engel coefficient of sorting out and interpreting,and give review of tourism alternative index,mining tourism Engel coefficient feasibility in practice and find problems may occur in practice.Although for the 'Travel Engel coefficient' of the new concept,our tourism industry and the suspect is still at the exploratory stage.But for 'Travel Engel coefficient' or the meaning of innovative ideas and expected to give full recognition that the Engel coefficient of tourism has broad application prospects:(1) can be on the human development index,Tourism Competitiveness Index,and resident well -being index of green GDP alternative indicators such as tourism to make up and perfect(2) With a number of statistical indicators of economic convergence,a better understanding of the material needs and spiritual needs of people both changes in demand,so as to better meet people's needs.(3) Be introduced to the tourism statistical indicators in the questionnaire to understand the concept of people's consumption,consumption structure change in policies for the development of tourism - related basis.In practice,but also a lot of problems,constantly finding and solving problems,the Engel coefficient tourism plays an increasingly important role.
