摘　　要：建筑工程合同由于时间周期长、工程复杂性强等特点,往往会产生争议和分歧,本文重点介绍了建设工程合同中常见的纠纷以及其解决方法。Architectural engineering contract could have the dispute and the difference in fulfillment process for the time cycle is long and the project is complex,this article introduces the common dispute as well as the dispute solution in the construction project contract on the key point.
