摘　　要：立足于江苏农村小额贷款试点工作实际,系统总结农村小额贷款公司的运营特点,剖析农村小额贷款公司运营过程中存在的问题,有针对性地提出促进农村小额贷款公司可持续经营的对策措施。Based on practical work of rural microfinance companies in Jiangsu province,systematically summarizes the rural microfinance companies operating characteristics,analyzes the existing problems in the process of operation in rural microfinance companies,pertinently puts forward the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of rural microfinance companies.
