我国农村现代化进程中产业模式演进的路径探析——以萧山党湾“建筑之乡”的发展为例

摘　　要：随着农村现代化进程的不断加快与深入,农村产业转型成了一种必然的趋势。2008年的全球金融危机后,特别是如今步入"十二五"规划期,在全面建设小康社会、深化改革开放、加快转变经济发展方式的呼声下,农村产业转型将越来越受到广大人民的关注。文章在前期理论研究以及实地调查的基础上,以萧山党湾"建筑之乡"的发展为例,从党湾社会经济的客观现状出发,考察党湾建筑业的发展历程,深入分析党湾建筑业发展模式兴起的动因之所在,从而进一步探究党湾的产业模式转型路径。并以实事求是的态度,发现与指出党湾在产业模式转型过程中存在的问题及不足,以科学发展观为依据,客观地分析党湾产业模式转型对乡村乃至对社会的深刻影响,最后总的提出对农村现代化进程中产业转型的进一步思考。With the rural modernization process accelerating rural industry transformation with thorough,became a kind of inevitable trend.Especially after 1025 planning period,enter in the comprehensive construction well-off society,deepening reform and opening and accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development become priority in the backdrop,rural industry transformation of the overwhelming majority of the people has been more and more attention. Based on the theoretical research and field survey in xiaoshan,on the basis of' architecture of the township party bay,' for example,the development of social economy from the bay the objective situation,examine the development course of construction party bay,in-depth analysis of construction development model rise party bay where the drivers, so as to further explore the party bay industry model transformation path.And in a down-to-earth manner,discovery and points out that the party bay in industry model transformation process,problems and insufficiency of the scientific development view as the basis,with an objective analysis of the industrial model transformation party bay on rural and profound influence on society,and finally put forward on rural modernization in industry transformation in the further thinking.
