转变服务业经济发展方式视域下的服务创新体系研究

摘　　要：文章从我国服务业快速发展的现实背景出发,以服务创新推动服务业发展的强大动力为基本命题,通过对国内外服务创新发展的相关理论回顾与评价,以转变服务业经济发展方式为基本前提,提出从市场需求、企业赢利、产业发展、政府支持和社会进步等五种层面构建服务创新体系的发展要求,最后对这一服务创新体系的实现环境及对策进行探讨。Holding the basic idea that service innovation is a great power pushing the development of service industry, this paper starts from the facts of the fast development of Chinese service industry,reviews the service innovation literature from home and abroad,presupposes that the way of economic development in service industry should be transformed, proposes the five levels in constructing service innovation system,namely,the industry development,enterprise benefit,market demands,government support,and social progress,and finally,it discusses the environment and the strategy to realize the service innovation system.
