摘　　要：完善的科研质量体系是保证研究机构科研的过程与结果质量的前提与基础。通过文献研究与对50多名高校不同层次的科研人员的深度访谈,本文构建了高校研究机构科研质量体系的关键要素体系。应用描述统计、趋势分析、结构方程等方法与工具,通过对来自我国15所研究型大学的156份有效问卷的实证分析,揭示了高校研究机构科研质量体系的关键要素之间权重关系及其运行机理。A consummate scientific research quality system is the precondition and foundation to ensure the quality of scientific processes and achievements in institutions.Based on literature study and depth interviews with more than 50 universities of different levels,a key factor system of scientific research quality evaluation is created.By using methods and tools like descriptive statistic,trend analysis,structural equation,in terms of 156 valid questionnaires from 15 research type Universities in China,the key factors' weight relations and their operation mechanism in scientific research quality system are revealed.The achievement of the article provides a theoretical basis for research Institution of university to commence self-diagnostic evaluation based on scientific research quality factors.
