中国和欧洲区域创新时空发展特征对比

摘　　要：空间效应的存在向传统模型提出了质疑,论文兼顾空间依赖性和空间差异性双重因素,基于空间计量相关理论建立纳入空间效应的计量模型,鉴于不同的创新空间俱乐部,从时间和空间两维视角下对中国和欧洲区域创新发展收敛与扩散特征进行对比分析。研究发现我国创新空间发展与欧洲存在共同点和异同点,实证结果证明目前我国有关区域协调发展政策制定和实施正确性的同时,也指出了我国区域创新发展中现有问题所在。The traditional models are questioned by the existence of spatial effects.According to Spatial Dependence and Spatial Heterogeneity at the same time,this paper establishes econometric models which include the Spatial effects,comparing convergence and diffusion characteristics of European and China' s regional innovation development from SpaceTime perspective and base on different innovation space club.There are differences and similarities between European and China's regional innovation development.The results not only proves the correctness of the regional development policy in china but also pointed out the existing problems of China' s regional innovation and development.
