摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,城市发展进入转型期。城市规划的编制与管理也逐步向精细化转变。深圳的法定图则以"法制化管理和民主化决策"为主要特点,通过这个平台,深圳一直在进行着一系列关于城市规划管理制度和编制技术的积极探索和努力。历经10年的发展,法定图则工作已经基本成熟,深圳的城市规划也正在逐步向精细化编制与管理转变。With the rapid growth of China's economy,urban development has entered a transitional period.Making and administration of urban plans are moving toward more detailed tasks. ShenZhen statutory map is a document for legal management and democratic decision-making.Through this platform, Shenzhen has been conducting a series of active explorations in the paparation of planning documents and management of urban spatial development.After ten years of effort,urban Planning in Shenzhen has entered a refined period, which signifies the maturity of the city's statutory plans.
