摘　　要：根据国家《城市蓝线管理办法》,蓝线是指城市规划确定的地表水体保护和控制的地域界线。编制城市蓝线规划,可以明确管理范围,控制预留用地,对于保护水体、改善水质、保障防洪安全、修护生态都具有非常重要的意义。以《深圳市蓝线规划》为例,从城市蓝线编制的原则、流程、方法、管理方式等方面,系统地介绍了在实践中总结的经验,以期为其他城市蓝线规划的编制提供借鉴。According to the Regulations on City Blue Line Management,the blue lines are defined by city planning as geographical boundaries of surface water to be protected and controlled.Urban Blue Line Planning can make clear the scope of management and guarantee reserved land,and it is of significant importance for the protection of water bodies and water quality,flood control and eco-system restoration. This article uses Shenzhen Blue Line Plan as an example,and systematically introduces principles,processes,methods and ways of management in urban blue line planning,which can serve as a reference for other cities in their blue line planing.
