摘　　要：危险废弃物是一种会对人类健康或环境造成重大危害的废物,随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,其数量和种类正在日益增加。在我国城市化进程快速发展过程中,对基础设施用地的考虑和预留严重不足,与此同时,部分城市的土地资源日益成为约束其发展的重要因素,因此危险废弃物处理处置用地更是难以保障。以《深圳市危险废弃物处理及处置专项规划》为例,介绍了危险废弃物处理处置设施的选址原则、方法和程序,并提出了相关建议以期对国内其他城市的健康、永续发展具有良好的借鉴作用。Hazardous waste would cause significant harm to human health or the environment.China's rapid economic development and rising living standard has cause a proliferatin of such wastes.In the rapid process of urbanization,the consideration about infrastructure and its reserved land is seriously insufficient and at the same time,land resource is becoming an important factor restricting the development of some cities.As a consequence,it is even harder to guarantee enough land for hazardous waste disposal..This article takes'Shenzhen hazardous waste treatment and disposal plan'as an example,introduces principles,methods,procedures of hazardous waste treatment and disposal facilities planning,and puts forward some suggestions urban sustainable development.
