摘 要:试图通过对小尺度上不同植被之间的环境因子进行辨析,找出崇明东滩湿地小尺度上植被分异的关键控制因子。通过2008年5月至10月对崇明东滩进行野外实地调查,获得小尺度下(<30 m)不同植被带间(裸地、芦苇带和互花米草带)土壤水分、盐分、温度以及不同植被带高程和地下水埋深的数据。经过对数据的方差分析得出如下结论:裸地、芦苇带和互花米草带三者间在土壤水分、盐分和温度上差异极显著(P<0.001);而在高程和地下水埋深上差异不显著(P>0.05)。在对这5个环境因子主成分分析后发现:最后提取出来的第一主成分的特征值为2.650,可以解释总方差的53%,同时,盐分和水分因子在第一主成分中的载荷达到最大,因此土壤盐分和水分是小尺度潮滩植被分异的主要环境影响因子。Field surveys were carried out from May to October,2008.Five environmental variables(soil temperature,soil moisture,soil salinity,elevation and underground water-table depth) along transects across three landcover types(mudflat,Phragmites australis and Spartina alterniflora) were recorded at small scale(<30 m).Variance analysis was performed to test the significance of difference of the five environmental variables among the three vegetation types.The results are as follows:the first three variables(soil temperature,soil moisture and soil salinity) had significant difference(P<0.001),while the latter two(elevation and underground water-table depth) did not show significant difference(P>0.05).Based on principal component analysis,we found that the first principal component(eigenvalue=2.650) could explain 53% of the total variance.At the same time,soil salinity and moisture had the greatest loading value in the first principal component.In conclusion,soil salinity and moisture were the most important environmental factors which controlled the vegetation distribution at small scale in the salt marsh of Chongming East Headland.
