摘　　要：按研究角度分类,对国内外关于国家政策与农民行为应对关系的部分文献进行了综述,勾勒出了国内外关于国家政策与农民行为关系的理论研究轮廓。先后回顾了政府在政策实践与研究中的角色和功能、农民对国家政策行为应对以及农民行为与国家政策关系的研究,提出未来国家政策与农民行为互动关系构建的建议。This paper studies point of view according to the classification of national policies at home and abroad should conduct relations with farmers reviewed the literature section,outlines of national policy and farmers at home and abroad on the relationship between behavior theory outline.The Government has reviewed the policy practice and research in the role and function of national policy actions farmers fanner behavior and response and the relationship between national policy research.That future acts of national policy and interaction between farmers build proposal.
