摘　　要：在回顾和分析陕西科技和经济发展现状的基础上,通过对科技进步贡献率概念和内涵的研究,结合1978-2008年陕西省经济、资本、劳动力等相关数据,运用索洛余值法,以1979-1988、1989-1999和2000-2008为不同阶段,对陕西科技进步贡献率进行了测度,并以此为依据,从科技角度对陕西省经济社会的可持续发展提出了相应的政策建议。Based on analyzing the situation of Shanxi economy and science and technology and the definition of contribution rate of science and technology progress,the contribution rates of science and technology progress to Shanxi economy are calculated with the data of economy,capital and labor over the period 1978 -2008 by using Solow's residual method. And the contribution rates are calculated in different phrases of 1978 - 1988,1989 - 1999 and 2000 - 2008.From the technological point of view,the corresponding policies are proposed for the sustainable development to Shanxi economy and society lastly.
