摘　　要：美国和欧洲国家的实践证明,创业投资是中小企业融资的重要途径。创业投资决策是创业投资过程中的重要环节,本文从三个方面综述了近年来国外使用实时方法研究创业投资决策的主要进展,相信了解这些研究方法和进展对促进我国创业投资决策的实证研究是有益的。It has been proved that venture capital is an important source of financing for the SME in USA and European countries.Venture capital investment decision is the important part in venture capital cycle.This paper summarized the recent developments of venture capital investment decision using the real - time methods from three perspectives.The author believe it is helpful to the empirical research of our venture capital investment.
