摘 要:我国农村客运存在着延伸进农村地区的城市公交与传统农村客运班车两套系统,它们既在服务区域上重叠和竞争,又存在着服务盲点;同时,两套系统分别采用的单线模式和班车模式都面临着资源利用效益低下的问题。针对此问题,提出公交化是化解农村客运难题的手段,并阐明农村客运公交化应采用高效的区域模式,最后给出具体操作路径。There are two public transport systems serving the rural passengers.One is the traditional regular bus service based on the single-bus operation mode whilst another is the city bus service extended into the rural region that are based on the single-line operation mode.The two systems compete with each other by providing transit services in some regions whilst providing no services in some other regions.The utilization of resources is inefficient in both of the systems.To solve the problems encountered in the rural passenger transport,this paper presents a new rural bus service based on the regionalized operation mode.The implementation method is given at the end of the paper.
