自主创新科技政策在河北省的实施效果评价

摘　　要：自主创新科技政策是以促进企业成为技术创新主体为重点的。本文以河北省具有较强研发能力的规模以上企业为研究对象,通过问卷调查的形式获取基础数据,从总体情况和描述性统计分析两方面研究政策的实施效果,并利用灰色关联度分析政策对企业创新的影响,总结自主创新科技政策实施的基本特点,提出对策建议。Independent innovation S&T policies are aimed at promoting enterprises to become the main focus of the technological innovation.In this text,the above-scale enterprises located in Hebei Province is as the research object,which has a strong R&D capability,and the basic data is obtained through the form of a questionnaire survey.The implementation effects of the policy are studied from the overall situation analysis and descriptive statistical analysis and the policy impact on the enterprises innovation is analyzed by gray relational degree.At last,the paper draws the basic characters in the implementation of the policy and puts forward the countermeasures and proposals.
