摘　　要：合同不仅是企业经营活动的依据,同时也是企业生存的命脉。随着我国各项法律法规的逐渐完善,合同管理越来越系统化、科学化、专业化,不但要明确合同管理的任务,还要找出合同管理中所存在的问题及相应的解决办法。做到有章可循,有法可依,不断完善合同管理制度,使合同管理在企业经营建设中发挥出积极的能动作用。Contract is not only the evidence of enterprise's operating activities, but also the key of enterprise's existence. With the gradual perfection of laws and regulations in our country, contract management is becoming more and more systematic, scientific and specialized. Defining the task of contract management is as important as finding out the problems existed in contract management and their corresponding solutions. Perfecting contract management gradually by relevant rules and laws, contract management would play an active role in enterprise's operation.
