摘　　要：打破当前房地产市场僵局的关键在于出台指导价,缩小供求双方价格预期差距,稳定市场价格,使优惠政策的兑现与执行指导价挂钩。讨论了指导价的优点以及可能出现的争议。The key point of breaking the deadlock of real estate market at present is introducing guidance price, narrowing the gap between supply and demand sides, steadying the market price, linking up the implementation of the benefit polices with execution of guidance price. The article discusses the guidance price's benefits, as well as the disputes may arise.
