摘　　要：以大型建设项目为背景,从业主方项目管理角度阐述了设计管理的相关概念、现实意义并提出了设计管理的组织构架。最后,由实际工程经验总结出设计管理成败与否的后评价原则,以期对相关领域研究有一定借鉴作用。In the context of large-scale construction projects,it elaborates the related concepts,practical significance and proposes the organizational framework of design management from the perspective of clients' project management.Finally,some principles of post-evaluation about this subject are summarized up from the practical engineering experience,with a certain reference to the related field of research.
