摘　　要：本文详细论述了国际互联网的产生与发展 ,概述网络信息检索的几种基本技术 ,以便帮助用户掌握该技术 ,制定有效的检索策略 ,在网上准确、快捷获取信息 ,提高对客观资源的利用效率。This paper describes the development of the Internet in detail and presents several basic techniques of retrieving the literature on the world- wide net in order to help users make good plans to get information from the net correctly and efficiently. It aims for users to take advantage of the objective sources of high technology as well.
