摘　　要：探讨了档案信息资源在当今信息社会中的地位及作用 ,讨论了档案信息的属性及其开发的意义 ,分析了目前中国档案信息开发利用中的方法、现状及弊端。根据信息社会化的需求 。This thesis discusses the role and the functions of archives information resources in the present information society,the characteristics of archives information and the significance of its development.It analyses the methods,present situation and the drawbacks of the development of archives information in China. According to the demand of the socialization of information, it discusses the necessity of constructing archives imformation network.
