摘　　要：随着计算机技术、网络技术、信息数字化技术的不断发展和我国高校图书馆迅速推进信息化建设 ,高校院 (系 )图书资料室在网络环境下应如何定位 ,笔者就这一问题 ,从高校院 (系 )图书资料室的发展现状。With the development of computer,internet and information technology and the construction of information systems in Chinese colleges and universities, there have been great changes in the role of documents and reference room in colleges and universities libraries .The essay discusses the current situation,the service code of the documents and reference room and the librarians' competence under network environment.
