摘　　要：本文介绍了旅游解说系统的基本概念，并以北京为案例，在实证调查的基础上，讨论了北京市面向旅游者的解说系统的类型、各类型的特点和存在问题，为提高城市总体旅游管理和服务水平，提供可操作的依据。As a necessary part of functional system of a tourist destination,tourist interpretation system plays a very important role,especially for those who come from other countries where native languages are different from that spoken in the destination. Among all the languages,English interpretation system takes the most important one. This paper takes Beijing,capital of the Peoples Republic of China,as a case study,discusses some basic concepts of tourist interpretation system firstly,then describes classification,characteristics,and questions of Beijings tourist interpretation system. Finally, puts fouward several comments about planning and management of the system in the city in the future.
