摘　　要：随着人类社会和现代物质文明的不断发展,全球性的人口老龄化趋势即将来临,从家庭养老向社会养老的转变是社会经济发展的必然结果.老年人具有特殊的行为方式和生活习惯,从而产生了特殊的住宅消费需求,因此,我国城市老年住宅的供求矛盾十分突出.应当在借鉴国外经验的基础上,针对不同层次的家庭人口构成和经济状况,探索符合我国国情的解决方案.As life span has been significantly prorlonged due to the development of civilization, population is aging on a global basis.The. responsibility of taking care of the aged will be shifted from family members to the hands of society. This paper studies the possibility of building houses that are specifically suitable for people of senior age. The author suggests that China may learn from other countries in dealing with the problem of housing the old.
