摘　　要：本文从文化遗产保护法律、法规的制定，文化保护技术和组织的发展等方面，对文化遗产保护的国际现状作了介绍，并对河南博物院文物保护技术研究中心的专业职能和设备条件进行了介绍。Firstly, this paper introduces the current conditions of cultural heritage protection of the world from the perspectives of legislation, development of the technology and estabolishment of organizations. Then the author continues to introduce the function and equipemnt conditions of the Research Center for Technology of Cultural Property Protection in the Henan Museum.
