摘　　要：伴随着社会主义市场经济的确立和完善 ,我国工贸关系亦变得日益复杂 ,各类中间商往往会与制造商在价格、质量、服务、追求目标、合作程度等方面发生摩擦 ,导致工贸关系恶化。With establishment and perfection of socialism market economy, the relations between industry and commerce in our nation become increasingly complex, all kinds of intermediaries conflict with manufacturers in price, quality, service, target and collaboration, etc. It leads to deterioration of the relations between them.
