摘　　要：本文评析了艾伦·斯科特在继韦伯(M.Webber)的“工业区位论”和寥什(A.Losch)的“城市区位论”之后,把交易成本理论引入城市及区域规划理论后形成的“新工业区位论”(即CWS模式)及其影响。This paper evaluates the 'New industrial space theory'(CWS model) and its influences which was drawn into urban and regional planning theories by Allen Scott based on M·Webber'Industrial space theoty and A·Losch s “Urban space theoty”.
