珠江三角洲镇域乡镇工业发展及其地方经济影响研究——以顺德市北窑镇为例

摘　　要：本文以珠江三洲为研究区域，以顺德市北窑镇为实例，就乡镇工业发展对一个镇域地方经济产生的影响进行了研究。认为在一些乡镇工业部门的发展过程中，可以作为一个“增长极”，通过前后项生产联系有效地带动地方农业和第三产业的增长，从而形成地方的多种经济活动空间集聚体。因此，地方政府在选择其经济增长极时需对其与其它经济部门的前后项生产联系作周密的考察。XiangZhen industrial development and its various influences has attracted much research interest of Chinese and foreign scholars since 1980s. We chose The Pearl River Delta (PRD) in this paper as the research region,where XiangZhen industries have been growing very fast,and Beijiao of Shunde city as the case study township,which is located in the core area of the PRD in Shunde city,and has got the highest industrial development level in the townships in the whole region and typical dispersed industrial distribution,to carry on the research. We described the growth of XiangZhen industrial output value and employment in Beijiao from the end of 1970s to the mid 1990s in the lst part. Then we focused our studies on the influences of XiangZhen industry to the local agriculture and tertiary sectors. We analyzed the production linkages between the industrial sectors of feed production and food production and the agricultural sectors of fish, chicken and other livestocks feeding, to illustrate the stimulating effects of industry to local agricultural development. We concluded at last from the studies to Beijiaos experience: (1) a suitable XiangZhen industrial sector, which has wide and close backward and forward linkages with the agricultural and tertiary sectors, can be an effective growth pole for the local economic activities; (2) Local Governments should pay much attention to its backward and forward linkages when they choose an industrial sector as an economic growth pole; (3)The development pattern of all economic activities in the 1st, 2nd and tertiary sectors in PRD is a regional economic sustainable development pattern.
