摘　　要：本文通过分析城市旅游规划与城市规划的特点指出城市旅游规划的局限性与城市规划的权威性，城市旅游规划应依赖城市规划来弥补其局限性，但同时城市旅游规划对城市规划也具有一定的影响作用。Firstly this paper analysis the characteristics of urban tourist planning and urban planning, and also discusses the close relation between urban tourist planning and urban planning. Then the authors think that urban tourist planning must be in the guild of urban planning, and urban planning should consider the demands of urban tourist planning and meet the needs of urban tourist development also.
