摘　　要：目前,我国电子商务发展水平仍处于初期阶段,电子商务风险成为制约传统企业发展的主要障碍。从分析传统企业对电子商务认识误区及传统企业电子商务风险特征入手,详细阐述了传统企业面临的内、外部风险,并提出了相关对策。Currently, the E-commerce development in is still at an early stage, and E-commerce risk has become the major obstacle to traditional enterprise. This article explained the internal and external risks faced by traditional enterprise and gives the corresponding countermeasures by analyzing the misunderstanding of traditional enterprise to E-commerce and the risk characteristics of traditional enterprise E-commerce.
