鸡传染性法氏囊病免疫复合物疫苗的安全性和免疫效力试验

摘　　要：用鸡法氏囊病免疫复合疫苗 (IBDV Icx)和常规IBD活疫苗分别免疫 1日龄商品鸡和SPF鸡 ,进行疫苗的安全性及免疫效力比较。免疫后 8d检测 ,IBDV Icx免疫组鸡的法氏囊未见明显萎缩 ,而传统弱毒疫苗免疫组鸡的法氏囊萎缩明显 ;免疫后 2 8d各组用IBDV标准强毒株进行攻击 ,IBDV Icx免疫组鸡的攻毒保护率均为 10 /10 ,常规IBD活疫苗对照组分别为 8/10及9/10。免疫后 3个月 ,IBDV Icx免疫组血清抗体可达AGP 1∶32 ,攻击强毒仍为 10 /10保护 ,而常规IBD活疫苗免疫后 2个月抗体AGP为 0 ,攻毒保护率为 1/10 ,免疫后 3个月时攻毒 10One day old commodity and/or SPF chickens were inoculated with infectious bursal disease virus (immune) complex (IBDV-Icx) vaccine or the conventional IBDV(uncomplexed) vaccine in order to compare their safety and immune efficacy. The bursa of Fabricicus of group being inoculated with the IBDV-Icx vaccine were no atrophy apparently compared with those of the group inoculated by the IBDV vaccine at the 8th day after inoculation. 10/10 protective rate were provided by IBDV-Icx vaccine against the challenge from standard virulent IBD virus at the 28th day as well as the 3rd month after inoculation, while only 8/10, 9/10 and 0/10 protective rates were provided by the IBDV vaccine at the corresponding time. The serum antibody still reached to AGP (agar pervasion) 1∶32 at the 3rd month after inoculation with IBDV-Icx vaccine, while the antibody can not be detected in the IBDV vaccine inoculated group at the same time.
