摘　　要：肥胖基因 (ob)是近年来克隆的新基因 ,该基因产物leptin(瘦蛋白 )是反映体内脂肪含量和调节体重的重要信号因子 ,具有调节摄食行为 ,增加能量消耗和降低动物采食量的作用。本文对肥胖基因的结构、克隆。Obese gene is a novel gene cloned recently. It can product leptin which is an important signal factor (affecting) body fat content and body weight and decreasing energy loses and feed intake. Structures, clone, expression and corresponding factors of obese gene were reviewed in this article.
