摘　　要：本文回顾了国外信息伦理学的形成历程,从研究论著、研究机构和学术会议、教育、规范和准则、立法、研究内容、方法论等七个方面对国外信息伦理学的特点作了分析研究,并对信息伦理学未来的研究趋势进行了预测。Recalling the formation course of foreign information Ethics,the author studied analytically the features of foreign information this from the aspects of scholarly works,research institutions and academic conferences,education,norms and guidelines,legislation,research content and methodology of foreign information Ethics,and predicted the future trends of information Ethics.
