摘　　要：随着计算机和通信技术的日益发展,文献数字化、网络化的发展给图书馆之间互相合作带来更多的机会,图书馆信息服务联盟应运而生。本文就图书馆信息服务联盟的特点、内容作了简要概述,并提出了图书馆开展信息服务联盟的主要制约因素与解决思路。With the rapid development of computer and communication technologies as well as the trend of digitalization and networking,more opportunities are brought to the cooperation among libraries.And the library information alliance comes into being.In the paper,the author introduces the features and contents of the alliance,discusses some barriers to its development and gives some solutions for the existing problems.
