摘　　要：CNKI本地版机构/个人数字图书馆(简称O&IDL-L)在建馆示范单位的实践中充分体现了自身的特色功能。在整合自有资源、引进资源和网络资源的基础上,O&IDL-L管理平台为用户提供很多创新服务,如主动推送定制信息、在科研管理和人才资源管理上的创新等。它为用户建立自己的创新服务型数字图书馆提供了一个很好的平台。但是,在平台实践过程中仍然存在一些问题,一些示范单位根据自己的实践提出了很多有价值的建议,从而促进O&IDL-L管理平台的创新发展。In combination with demonstration institutionsexperience in'CNKI local version of organizational/individual digital library(O&IDL-L)',the paper introduces the functions of O&IDL-L.Based on the integration of resources,O&IDL-L provides innovative services for users such as sending customized information,research management and human resources management.It is a good platform for users to create their own innovative service-oriented digital library.However,there are still some problems.Some demonstration institutions put forward many valuable proposals to promote the innovation and development of the O &IDL-L management platform.
