摘　　要：对吉林省本科类高校图书馆开展的网络虚拟参考咨询的现状进行调查研究,在对调查结果进行深入分析的基础上,提出若干改进建议,以加强本省高校图书馆对网络参考咨询服务的重视,促进本省高校图书馆网络参考咨询服务的发展。Based on the investigation and research of the status of library's virtual reference consultation in Jilin universities(undergraduate class),this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the survey results and puts forward a number of recommendations for improvement so as to make university libraries pay more attention to online reference service,and meanwhile to develop university library online reference services in Jilin province.
