国内图书馆微博应用现状及建议

摘　　要：微博是一个基于用户关系的信息分享、传播以及获取平台,是一种可以即时发布消息的类似博客的系统。国内图书馆微博应用尚处于起步阶段,表现为微博用户少,以综合性服务账户为主,微博信息内容单一,更新不及时,发布频率低,缺乏同行"关注"意识,"粉丝"普遍较少。图书馆用好微博需要在多个微博平台建立多种类型的微博账户,形成图书馆微博体系;充分利用微博平台提供的工具,随时随地更新微博和展示微博;有选择性地"关注"同行,使微博成为图书馆间沟通和学习的平台;建立微博应用的管理机制,规范微博内容。Micro-blog is a information sharing,disseminating and accessing platform based on customer relationship and a kind of instant information distributing system similar to blog.The use of it in domestic libraries is still at an initial stage,which is characterized as fewer library users,mainly in comprehensive service accounts,monotonous in contents,unable to update information timely,low posting frequency and less followers.In order to apply micro-blog well the library first needs to build a variety of micro-blog accounts based on different platforms to construct the system of library micro-blogs.Second,the tools provided by micro-blog platform should be made good use to update and show information anytime,anywhere.Third,other library's micro-blog should be 'noticed' selectly so that the libraries can study and communicate each other conveniently.Finally,the management mechanism should be built up and the micro-blog contents should be standardized.
