直接借阅模式对区域馆际互借影响分析——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：通过对江苏省区域馆际互借服务统计数据的分析,发现存在单位借出/借入量严重不均、通用借书证利用率过低和区域发展不平衡等问题,认为采用直接借阅模式是造成问题的根本。改变借阅模式,采用委托式借阅,整合馆际互借平台,制定规范的馆际互借条例,完善和修改借阅规则等是应对问题的办法。Based on statistical data,this article analyzes the library service of the regional ILL in Jiangsu Province,finds out the following problems,such as suffering a serious imbalance of borrowing and lending among the collaborators,lower utilization of unified library card as well as the imbalance of regional development.The article argues that the above problems are caused by direct lending model.Therefore,the article puts forward such solutions as adopting commissioned loan mode,integrating platform for interlibrary loan,setting standard regulations of ILL,improving and modifying loan rules to deal with these problems.
