养老住宅中门窗的通用设计

摘　　要：本文针对我国社会现阶段存在的人口老龄化日益严重的现状,以养老住宅中的门窗为研究对象,通过对通用设计的概念及原则的解读和我国门窗通用设计现状的分析,从通用设计的角度出发,总结了门窗通用设计的原则。在此基础上,提出了养老住宅室内主要空间(如:卧室、厨房、卫生间等)门窗通用设计的要点和更适合使用的门窗产品的建议,以期达到提高老年人居住质量的目的。For the degree of the aged phenomenon becoming more and more serious in the present stage,this thesis studies on the doors and windows in endowment residential.Through the interpretation on the concept and principles of general design and the researches on the actuality of doors and windows' general design.This paper summaried the principles of doors and windows' general design from the point of the general design.And on this basis,in order to improve the living quality of old people,it puts forward the key points of doors and windows' general design on the main space in endowment residential and the suggestions of doors and windows products.
