摘　　要：建筑外装饰工程中重点、难点的设计项目主要有水密性、气密性、防水设计、保温防结露、防雷、浮动连接、防腐、环保等项目。这些项目的设计施工在整个建筑外装饰工程中至关重要,如设计施工不当,将会给日后的使用带来重大的安全隐患。本文对采用新技术新工艺在建筑外装饰设计施工中的主要方法做出了详细的阐述,表明了新技术、新工艺对建筑外装饰工程的深远影响。The difficult parts of the building in the design and decoration projects focus are watertight,airtight,waterproof design,thermal condensation prevention,lightning protection,floating connection,anti-corrosion,environmental protection projects. Engineering design and construction of these projects is very important in the whole building decoration design and construction, improper method will bring a significant safety hazard in future use.This article elaborates the design method is adopted in the construction of new technology and new process of the key,shows that far-reaching influence of the new technology and new process on architectural engineering.
