摘　　要：发展中国家或地区的工业化常常是以耕地和粮食产量的减少为代价实现的.珠江三角洲地区为了有效解决粮食的供需问题,必须采取如下措施:提高口粮自给率;“开源与节流”并重;为贫困人口提供必要的粮食保障;完善粮食专项储备制度等.Industrialization in the developing countries is always realized at the expence of reduced arable land and grain yield. This same problem is now facing the Pearl River Delta, Some measures are suggested here: raise the self - supporting rate of grain rations, opening more sources and reducing waste, providing necessary food protection for the poorly - off,strengthening grain reservation system,etc.
