摘　　要：提出谈判过程的描述性模型，模型的重点在于描述谈判中的“给—得”（ｇｉｖｅ－ａｎｄ－ｔａｋｅ）活动以及过程中的反馈、交互本质．讨论了交互过程的性质，这些性质描述出计算机环境下的行为记录，从而得到能图示的谈判历史案例数据库．This paper presents a descriptive model of negotiaton processes.The focus of the model is on the give and take activity in negotiation and feekback and interactive nature of the process.We provide a characterization of the interactive process.The characterization developed allows recording in a computerized environment,leading to a database of negotiation case that can be graphically visualized.Such descriptions of negotiating behavior can help characterize and classify the behavior of an individual negotiator.
