摘　　要：依据群体过程理论，群体决策支持系统（ＧＤＳＳ）强化了传统群体决策过程的过程收益并弱化了过程损失，从而使群体决策输出的绩效水平得到提高．ＧＤＳＳ所依赖的技术手段则是群体决策过程的非人格化倾向，忽略了群体成员间的情感交流机制，对群体的可持续性发展产生了不良影响．成功的ＧＤＳＳ策略应该为群体决策提供情感沟通机制。Group decision making support system(GDSS),based on the group process theory,promotes group process gains and alleviates group process losses,and then improves group decision outcome.But the depersonalizing deviation of the GDSS which ignores individual experiences and better understanding among members of group is destructive to the group continuous development.A successful strategy developing GDSS should supply tools to support them..
