摘　　要：A lot of tombs of the Eastern Zhou period have been excavated by Chenzhou Prefecture Office for the Preservation of Cultural reclics. Nine earthen shaft tombs with second-tiers, head niches and pottery Li-tripods are reported here. The conbination of the funeral objects are li-tripod, guanjar and don-vessle, li-tripod, bo-bowl and don-vessel; and li-tripod, guan-jar and hu-pot. The tombs are dated to the late Spring and Automn and early and middle Warring States period.
