东北亚地缘政治特点与中韩经贸合作趋势

摘　　要：本文在简述亚太及东北亚地区战略格局的基础上，分析了东北亚地区的地缘政治的两个特点，探讨评价了中韩两国经贸合作的基础、原因，取得的成绩以及存在的不足，指出了两国今后经贸合作的趋势与方向。With the ending of cold war, Northeast Asian international relations have undergone some important transformation, and there are forming a multi polar pattern of international relations dominated by the global major powers —the U.S., Japan, China and Russia. North Korean nuclear crisis is the core issue that will influence the security situation of Northeast Asia and Asia Pacific region in 1990S. There are two major characteristics about Northeast Asian geopolitics: (1)The relations between countries in Northeast Asia preserve steady and Smooth. However, the relations between the major powers in this regions are quite complex, and the relations between them are dependent to each other for existence and reciprocal inhibition; (2) General security situation of Northeast Asia being relaxed, but there are still some unstable and uncertain factors that may influence the Northeast Asian security situation. There are some basic factors promoting Sino South Korean economic and trade cooperation: (1)The two countries are adjacency in geography; (2)The both countries have the similar cultural tradition; (3)There are close relationship between the two countries people in history. However, as comparing with above factore, there are two much more important factors promoting and accelerating the Sino south Korean economic and trade cooperation: (1)That the cold war ends is the premise condition for China and South Korea to establish formal diplomatic relation, and to develop economic and trade cooperation; (2)Economic complimentrity and mutually benefit are the essential cause that Lead Sino South Korean economic and trade cooperation to develop rapidly. There are several trends that Sino South Korean economic and trade cooperation may develop:(1)To adjust the trade structure, to solve the problem of trade unbalance existing between the two countries, and cooperation pattern will trasform from commodity exchage to industrial and technical cooperation; (2) South Korean investment scale in China will be enlarged, and
