摘　　要：ＤＳＳ领域在理论研究和系统开发方面已取得了大量成果，但就ＤＳＳ理论来讲还远未成熟，这里由于一方面ＤＳＳ理论的主要来源如管理科学、计算机科学等仍处于不断发展之中；另一方面，ＤＳＳ研究将注意力过多地放在“系统”上，即集中于具体技术实现和应用领域的系统开发上，而对ＤＳＳ自身的一些理论问题关注不足。本文针对ＤＳＳ的概念和特征，对其几个基本的理论问题进行探讨。首先以系统的观点分析了ＤＳＳ在决策系统中的作用和地位，然后从问题求解、信息处理及知识管理三个侧面透视了ＤＳＳ概念的基本内涵。Theorical research and systems developer have got a lot of good results, however,at present the development of the theory has not matured yet. This is because that the main sources of DSS theory,such as management science, computer science ect., are developing;on the other hand,'systems developer' is playing an important role in this area. In this paper, the concept of DSS is further investigated with systematic viewpoint. The role and position of DSS in Decision System are analyzed at first. Then, around decision support which isthe core of the concept of DSS, the essential connotation of the concept is show from three aspects: decision problem solving, information processing and knowledge management.
