摘　　要：ＡＨＰ方法是一种可得到粗略结果的方案评价方法，本文研究了ＡＨＰ在预测领域中的应用，利用ＡＨＰ的主观判断特性，再加以因子修正和权重精化，总结出一套可以得到精确结果且操作性强的主观预测方法．AHP is an evaluation method by which a rough result can be gotten. In this paper,an application of AHP in forecast is discussed. With the subjective feature of AHP, as well as factor adjusting and weight precision improving, a subjective forecast method is built. An accurate result can be given by this method which can be easily operated.
