摘　　要：在缺乏法权观念的古代中国,德治思想有补救中国古代政治弊端的实践价值,然而.中国文明的悲剧亦在于此,它成为了中国社会周期动荡的思想根源.In a tradition where the rule of law is lacking, the rule of morality may be a remedy, but that' s exactly where tragedy lies. The cyclic turmoils in Chinese history can be traced to the stem of the Confucian moral politics.
