口服支链氨基酸对小鼠耐力的影响

摘  要:实验组小鼠每天额外供给支链氨基酸25mg,对照组每天额外供给葡萄25mg。4天后发现,运动后试验组和对照组血清乳酸水平分别为2.75mmoL/L和3.89mmoL/L,差异非常显著,P<0.01。力竭运动试验游泳时间延长,乳酸水平下降,表明支链氨基酸可增强实验动物的运动能力,延缓运动性疲劳的出现。In this study tested group(TG)was fed with branched amino acid 25mg/day,control group(CG)was given glucose 25mg/day,The serum lactate level in two groups mice was examined after exercise and found that the average lactate level in the testedand control group was 2.75mmol/L and 3.89mmol/ L respectively, The difference between them was very significant.The results showed that TG can swim much longer and their lactate level were decrcased obviously, compared with the CG.The results indicated that branched amino acid can enhance muscular endurance in tested animals and postponed their tiredness.
